First and foremost, we are a Managed IT Service Provider, which means our clients outsource their entire IT infrastructure to us, giving us responsibility for both their software and hardware, and providing 24/7/365 monitoring of all their IT systems. We are Microsoft 365 specialists and also offer individual IT solutions and services to clients, including:

In a word, no! Most of our services and solutions are flexible and scalable, which means they’ll grow as a business grows, and our clients only receive (and pay for) the services they need. Start-ups and small businesses can buy a bank of ad-hoc support hours up-front, which secures our commitment to fast and effective support. These hours are charged in increments of 15 minutes as and when our clients need them, making our services affordable for small businesses.
We appreciate that moving your IT systems is a big deal and we will do all we can to ensure a smooth transition. If you currently keep your IT inhouse, we will work closely and efficiently with your team, paying attention to every detail and relieving you of the IT burden, so you can get on with running your business. If you’re already working with an external support team, we will liaise with them directly, retrieving all the information we need, ensuring sufficient preparation time for a smooth handover, whilst ideally keeping your input to a minimum.
